Gavin Byrd is a Knoxville, Tennessee–based Southern rock and country artist originally from Salisbury, North Carolina. After picking up guitar at 14 and hitting the stage by 17, he later attended Western Carolina University, where he met the members of his band.

Known for his eclectic sound and tightly knit group, Byrd has performed over 200 shows in the past two years all throughout the southeast.

With eight songs released and a full-length album on the way, he’s determined to reinvent the classic styles that inspired him to play music in the first place, while also carving out a sound of his own.
